Hi, Friend.
Wherever you are and whatever time it is, I hope your day is a good one so far. It’s dreary and weirdly mild here in Central Ohio for late January, and the dog can’t decide if she wants to be outside—because it’s not freezing—or inside—because it’s windy and spitting rain out there. Phoebe the Boston terrier is pitiful and I adore her. Here is a recent photo of her sleeping directly on top of the clothes I was about to pack in my suitcase for a weekend writing retreat. Her message was clear.
This morning I’m working on some upcoming posts—a craft tip, a writing prompt, a creative pep talk, and some other goodies—and I wanted to check in with you all, dearest paid subscribers to For Dear Life. Your subscription is one of the most real, sustaining ways to support my work.
Thank you.
I haven’t done a pick-my-brain Q&A in a while, but I’d love to try something different, as we come up on a year (!!!) of For Dear Life. This time I’d like to pick your brain.
