This is very helpful. I often make my poem's title the first line. Do you recommend only giving the first word a capital letter? I tend to capitalize all the words even when the title stands in for the first line.

Absolutely your call, but personally I like to use sentence capitalization vs. title capitalization when the title is a run-in.
