Maggie, I am a new subscriber (but not a new reader :-) and live in the Seattle area. I'm gonna grab a writing friend and see if we can make it to the Hugo House for the June event. It would be a delight to tell you in person how much I enjoy your work.

Congratulations, Maggie!! I'm so excited for the paperback—not that I needed an excuse to revisit it. Your memoir remains a favorite, both for its craft and the beautiful story of hard-won lessons and transformation. I'll see you in Seattle in June!

Congratulations! I will get two copies of the paperback as perfect gifts for friends. My kind, smart and beautiful granddaughter will graduate high school June 7. Believe me, that is the only happening that could keep me away from Powell’s that night. Happy travels, Maggie!

Congratulations Maggie! Yay. The paperback! That conversation with Megan Stielstra at Wilson Abbey Chicaho last spring (already that long ago?)was uplifting and magical. So glad I got to read the book beforehand thanks to W&CF bookstore. Such a beautiful genre-bending creation! And thanks for signing my book!
