Here is a poem I brought to our group yesterday, by Farnaz Fatemi, which is really resonating with me now. Hope it will format correctly in this substack:

EVERYTHING IS MADE OF LABOR

The inchworm's trajectory:

pulse of impulse. The worm

is tender. It won't live

long. Its green glows.

It has found a place to go.

Arrange us with meaning,

the words plead. Find the thread

through the dark.

This is definitely an act of resistance...which we need asap! In the meantime watching funny humane late night TV hosts translate what is happening with some degree of shared consciousness will have to do...or hanging out on Substack perhaps...
